Roger L. Worthy Jr. [B.K.A Ro’Jay] the creator of Ro’jay charts and Ro’Jay’s amazing 12 Multi – Instrument learning program.  His desire is to have the fastest instrument teaching method in the world. I currently have a 100% success rate of student that follows his method actually learn how to play. Not only do they learn how-to play he takes pride in being able to say in most Cases they are actually playing the very first day. To give just a little bit of his background. In the late 70’s my father the late Roger Lee Worthy Sr. a very unique Guitarist and also His inspiration as well as others inspired him to play. He spent over half of his life playing guitar for ministries. He studied with the marching band during his middle and high school years, where he learned instruments such as clarinet, baritone and percussion... About 19 years ago he joined Soul Harvest Outreach World Ministry, where he became the Musician Leader [Minister of Music]. Starting out being the only instrumentalist at the time other than the drummer, he decided that he needed to figure out how he was going to train more musicians. That is when Ro’jay Charts and Ro’Jay quick learning method began. Because He himself was struggling so with learning how to play over the years, he decided to create an easy method of learning to play that is simple enough for children and people with slight learning disabilities. My daughter, who was age 15, is now playing beside me in the ministry. She was one of my protégés being taught under my method. Since then I have increased my program to other instruments such as Violin, Guitar, Ukulele, Saxophone, Piano and Drums. We have also added the RMS Christian Music Workshop ages 7 to 18.
